In spring of 2023 the Macdonald Group completed an extensive renovation of this 90,000 sq. ft. former Department of National Defence building, creating 10 individual industrial strata units. This project delivered highly sought-after industrial space in a prime location just 15 minutes from the Calgary airport and downtown core. Awarded the 2024 CoStar Impact Award for redevelopment of the year in the Calgary area, this repurposed government building elevates the surrounding industrial area.
