The award winning Hudson is a 423 strata lot work/live landmark building located in the heart of Vancouver’s vibrant downtown area. The structure also includes four stories of commercial retail space and a unique restoration of a number of heritage buildings within the project. Macdonald initially conceived of this project in order to facilitate the building of a universal access subway station which Macdonald built for the transit authority, saving the government 15 million dollars, in the process.
