Macdonald Development Corporation (MDC) is a private, family-owned company that has been delivering exceptional properties to the market for more than twenty-five years. Established in 1983, the company is focused primarily on developing multi-family condominium projects and single-family subdivision communities. Since 1990, MDC and its subsidiary companies have delivered over 4,000 high-quality homes and properties to the public.

The company has also owned and reinvigorated over fifty apartment communities, totaling over 8,000 suites in various major cities including Vancouver, Seattle, Phoenix, Atlanta, Toronto, and Edmonton. MDC’s extensive portfolio of properties includes apartments, hotels, shopping centres and office buildings in Canada and the United States. The company also holds over 10,000 acres of land in inventory for future development.

MDC’s principal bank in Canada is the Royal Bank of Canada, and the company’s world wide bank is HSBC. The corporation’s audit and tax work is carried out by KPMG.
